Myself Ashish Verma, I hail from Patna and did schooling from my hometown.Graduated from NIT Allahabad in the stream of production and Industrial Engineering.

I worked as a senior application Engineer for 26 month in screen & trommel dept of Tega industries limited, Kolkata. It is into the manufacturing of mining equipment and has a huge client base in steel and mining industries.

I was administering the Indian and overseas clients like TATA steel, JSPL, SAIL,Tyssenkrupp , Outotec

I was responsible for delegating and converting new clients and added giants like “Tata metaliks-KGP, JSPL raigarh & “NBVL angul“ and got appreciation from the NSM,ASM of our company.

Doing the marketing of our new product and bagged four significant orders worth 6.3 mn.

I was managing & supervising the Sales and Services team for installations and product technicalities awareness.

My major role was to achieve significant cost cutting of screen and trommel by modification in the design , simulation and analysis using EDEM and Ansys and Leading the very crucial project i.e. to design the model for FRP reinforced screen panel which resulted in weight reduction by 15 % and cost reduction by 11% .

Done the 11 successful troubleshooting at customer sites in the financial year 2018-19.

I undertook the project-"circuit optimization" of NMDC, Tata steel and increased the efficiency of screen by 25% & 21% respectively by conducting an end-to-end circuit study, simulation and analysis.

My offer hit ratio was 0.39 which is 30% higher than our industry average for screen and trommel. 

Handled various cross functional teams and improved the efficiency in product delivery systems.

In 2nd year of my college I have done my training in learning modelling software and got certified from Autodesk in national level tech fest Avishkar.Completed my summer internship from Ntpc barh in 3rd year and my final year project was to design and fabricate the v & edge bending setup.

In my free time I like to listen to music. I also like to swim which keeps me fit and refreshed.
