Om, May we all be protected

May we all be nourished

May we work together with great energy

May our intelect be sharpened (may our study be effective)

Let there be no Animosity amongst us

Om, peace (in me), peace (in nature), peace (in divine forces)

Components connected in series, are connected along a single conducive path, so the single current flows through all of the components, if one bulb gets fused, current will be curbed from being passed to another bulb/ electrical gadgets.

This diagram demonstrates a number of components and their inter-relationships.  Assembly connectors connect the provided interfaces supplied by Product and Customer to the required interfaces specified by Order. A Dependency relationship maps a customer's associated account details to the required interface Payment, also specified by Order.

Similarly In the business, all associates are connected to each other like series combination if one member gets  disturbed  by any means the whole team work and business will be curbed, get badly induced.

Business excellence is often described as outstanding practises in managing the organization and achieving results, all based  on a set of fundamental concepts or values. These practices have evolved into models for how a world class organization should operate.

MECE is a method of grouping information into a elements that are mutually inclusive (ME)and my Collectively exhaustive( CE).  Here dividing the population into two groups. One group of people above  say 60, another group blow 60, would be based on MECE principle.

MECE is a way of segmenting information into sub-elements that are mutually exclusive and collectively exhaustive. In other words, elements should “exclude” each other, i.e. be distinct and should “exhaust” the relevant field, i.e. contain everything that belongs to it. MECE as a method should be used when you craft an issue tree for your case structure. Doing so will help you avoid dependencies between different branches of the tree and thus sub-problems can be properly isolated.
